What order do I use them in?

How often should I use them?
The spray suits daily use. Most people use the massager every second or third day, though nightly is fine if you enjoy it.
Wet hair or dry?
Spray onto dry or towel-dried hair. Use the massager on dry or lightly damp hair, keeping it on the scalp rather than dragging it through the lengths.
